Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Securely pack your unworn merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring all authentic Western tags and labels are still attached to the products.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
